Community Connections Family & Teen Volunteer Day

Join us for a day of community service and learning this summer! On Sunday, June 9, we will take a deeper dive into learning how our Polack Food Bank works and get ready to celebrate the holiday of Shavuot by engaging in the mitzvah of giving at JFS. Together, we’ll package food, create cards, snack on treats, and explore the values that guide our work! We will be hosting two sessions at this event, and all are welcome to attend – no previous knowledge of Judaism is needed to participate.

Sunday, June 9, 10 – 11:30 a.m.
Geared towards elementary-aged kids (ages 4-8) and their caregivers. Younger and older siblings are welcome to attend as well. Special thank you to our partners at PJ Library for sponsoring this family session!
