Our Teen & Young Adult Counseling Initiative focuses on improving the mental and emotional health for Jewish teens and young adults as they work through life issues and develop coping strategies for life transitions.
Through individual therapy, counselors help to address mental health symptoms such as anxiety and depression, build skills around managing emotions, and develop pathways toward resiliency.
