JFS Community of Caring Luncheon

You're Invited!

Join us for the Community of Caring Luncheon

Our annual Community of Caring Luncheon is a chance to connect with the JFS family—friends, supporters, volunteers, and staff—and hear about our life-changing work in the community this year. Together, we can transform our world by extending kindness, dignity, and unwavering support to those who need it.

Spring Pre-Passover Food Drive

As you prepare your home for Passover, please support our community members by donating nonperishable, unexpired food (chametz and non-chametz) from your pantry to the Polack Food Bank. Your generosity helps nourish neighbors with dignity and respect and strengthens the safety net for those facing food insecurity. Every contribution makes a difference.

Torah for Our Time

Join Rabbi Ronit Tsadok, Director of Project Kavod, for monthly, stand-alone learning opportunities that draw on the wisdom and tools of Jewish tradition to help us navigate times of instability and uncertainty. Project Kavod is a JFS initiative that connects our essential work to the core Jewish values that inspire and guide our mission. All members of the Jewish community are warmly invited to participate. Participants are encouraged to engage in discussion as much or as little as they feel comfortable. All learning opportunities will be hosted in-person at the Jewish Family Service Seattle Campus. A kosher, vegetarian lunch will be provided. All guests must be pre-registered to attend. Questions? Please email Rabbi Ronit Tsadok below.

Donate Food for the Polack Food Bank

No one should go hungry. Most of JFS clients rely on SNAP food assistance, which is often not enough to keep bellies full. Visits to the Polack Food Bank have been skyrocketing as prices rise and federal support dwindles. Buy items from our Amazon wish list to support our neighbors who pick up food from the Polack Food Bank.
