Key Service

Case Management

Professional Case Managers work to ensure a person with cognitive disabilities has the resources they need to live in the community. Case management is our key service for Supportive Living Services. Support includes applying for and maintaining benefits, health care coordination, housing and basic needs assistance.

Non-Medical Home Care

Supportive Living Services operates as the licensed, in-home care division of Jewish Family Service. Under this license, we provide homemaker/chore services and leisure support to those who need support and assistance to complete these tasks themselves.

Practical, Life-Skills Training

Instruction and Support Specialists provide coaching and assistance to those who need help maintaining their homes. We focus on teaching individuals the specific skills they need to remain as independent as possible. Services include support with chores, laundry, meal preparation and grocery shopping.
