Mental Health Services

JFS adopts a holistic approach to mental health by incorporating emotional and psychological well-being throughout our programs, rather than confining it to a single service area.

A Holistic Approach to Mental Health

Key programs, such as Supportive Living Services, Project DVORA, and Older Adult Services, provide integrated, person-centered support. Additionally, JFS offers a variety of resources that promote mental health, including parent coaching, educational workshops, and support groups designed to foster connection, empowerment, and resilience.

We also partner with Jewish organizations on workshops. For example, in December 2025 and January 2026, we partnered with Temple Beth Am on a series for coping with antisemitism facilitated by clinical psychologist Steve Katz.
