Sha’arei Tikvah Purim

Join the JFS Supportive Living Services community for a sweet Purim “seudah” (festive meal), filled with lunch, hamantaschen, singing, and of course: the Purim story! Wear your costumes to this Tuesday afternoon event, as it is taking place on the holiday itself. What a perfect way to celebrate! Rabbi Dana Benson and Shoshana Stombaugh will lead the festivities.

*Sha’arei Tikvah’s community-wide, welcoming events — including Rosh Hashanah, Chanukah, Purim, and Summer Shabbat — grew out of a need for holiday experiences that are accessible and meaningful for individuals with cognitive disabilities, as well as their families and friends. Sha’arei Tikvah events aim to be accessible to people of all abilities and ages, and are offered in conjunction with JFS Supportive Living Services.
