Please join JFS for a creative, four-week series exploring tools for transformation in Elul, the month leading up to the celebration of the Jewish New Year. Elul is a particularly vibrant month to embrace transformation. These no-cost, virtual workshops will prepare us for a new season through creative mediums including music, art, movement, and guided reflections. Themes that we will explore include embracing change, learning from fear, building resiliency, and finding possibility through a Jewish and mental health lens.
Tuesdays, August 9 through 30
12:00 – 12:50 p.m.
Kelsey Schulman, MSW LSWAIC (pronouns: they/them)
Rabbi Laura Rumpf (pronouns: she/hers)
This free series is open to any interested community members, but space is limited—so please register by August 8! The workshops will take place once a week for four weeks (via Zoom) beginning August 9 through 30, from 12:00 – 12:50 p.m. each session.
