The Supported Living Program (SLP) enables participants to live in their own homes while receiving the level of ongoing care and support from staff they need and request.  SLP offers three types of services:

Case Management: SAJD Case Managers provide an array of services that are tailored to meet the unique needs of each individual client. The Case Managers act as liaisons with public and private agencies, assist with financial management and offer individual counseling.

Leisure & Employment Support: Regardless of disability, we are all individuals and like to choose how we use our time. SAJD staff helps each client identify and pursue those leisure and employment activities that are most meaningful.

Chore Services: Instruction and Support Specialists offer the assistance that people with disabilities require to live safely and independently. While encouraging clients to do as much for themselves as possible, staff provides help with:
