Home > Services For...

The faces of Jewish Family Service are as vital and varied as the community we serve. We are continually evolving programs and services in response to the ever-changing needs of family, friends and neighbors here at home.
From the birth of a baby to the death of an elder, JFS assists individuals and families in the tradition of helping people help themselves. Whether it's support during a crisis, a chance to connect, compassionate guidance for an ongoing problem or the chance to help another human being, JFS is here for you:
- Children & Youth
JFS is committed to providing services that enable each child to feel loved, cared for and valued by the community.
- Individuals & Couples
JFS programs and services can help you find connections to self, others and community at every age and stage of life.
- Parents & Families
We want to ensure that all members of the Jewish community have access to education, counseling and support for all family life issues.
- Aging & Older Adults
Essential services for older adults challenged by aging or disability, support for family members and caregivers, meaningful activities for adults 50+, even in-home care tailored to meet the needs of patients and family alike.
- People With Disabilities
We bring hope and a higher quality of life to people with cognitive disabilities, including developmental disabilities, persistent mental illness and brain injury.
- Refugees & Immigrants
The Jewish community understands what it is like to leave one’s home and resettle in a foreign land. That historic experience fuels our desire to help refugees and immigrants.
- In An Emergency
Jewish Family Service offers basic emergency services to those with the most critical needs in the Jewish community, and, where possible, in the broader community.
