We want to ensure that all members of the Jewish community have access to education, counseling and support for all family life issues, at all ages and stages. Whether you’re a new parent, a single parent, a parent of an adolescent or an adult child of an aging parent, our programs are designed to strengthen you, your family and your community. Remember…family is our middle name.
This program matches Jewish children with Jewish adults who serve as positive role models and mentors.
Our professional staff of experienced, licensed therapists has extensive experience helping families successfully deal with a variety of issues impacting today’s families.
Project DVORA (Domestic Violence Outreach, Response & Advocacy) seeks to create the conditions in the Jewish community to support loving, safe and respectful relationships; and build the capacity in the community to respond to domestic abuse.
For families in need of support, guidance and expertise in order to strengthen relationships and connections to community, we offer a wide variety of Family Life Education events and workshops year-round.
Special programming, i.e. holiday gatherings, outings, an annual retreat, etc...just for Jewish single parents and their children.
Children from low-income families may receive scholarships to attend Jewish summer camps.
Because our services for parents and families can be found Agency-wide, please contact (206) 461-3240 or e-mail us and briefly describe your particular situation. You will be directed to the correct staff person.
