Not Your Mother’s Hadassah

A Talk with the Seattle Chapter Leadership
“If you are going to dream, then dream big,” so stated Henrietta Szold in 1912, upon raising enough American dollars to send two U.S. nurses to Palestine to battle ravaging health conditions. Fast forward 105 years. Learn why Hadassah is decades ahead of the U.S. in its research on embryonic stem cells. Hear stories of ALS, Melanoma and MS patients whose lives are being transformed because they are participants in Hadassah’s first in the world clinical trials. “The Power of Women Who Do,” is Hadassah’s new tag line. Learn about this and more with two of Seattle Hadassah Chapter’s most passionate leaders: Susan Adler, President, and Ettie Davis, VP for Membership Outreach.
