This group is for people who feel troubled by the documented rise in hate crimes and our current climate. The group is open to all but will be oriented with a Jewish framework. We will focus on mindfulness, being mentally present to distinguish historical trauma from current dangers, maintaining resilience, staying engaged during challenging times and talking with children in our lives about the world we live in.
