This six-session group is for people who feel troubled by the documented rise in hate crimes, public demonstrations by white supremacists and neo-Nazis, and the current social environment. This group is open to all but will be oriented around a Jewish framework. We will focus on mindfulness, being mentally present to distinguish historical trauma from current dangers, maintaining resilience and hope, staying engaged in the world around us and talking with children about the society we live in today.
