Mindful Movement Therapy Group

Healing Addiction & Trauma

This workshop, designed to build inner strength and resilience, is open to people who identify as women or are gender nonconforming. We will explore the roots of addiction through dance movement therapy, yoga therapy, creativity and mindfulness techniques with the intention of unwinding layers of trauma. No experience is needed. This workshop will be a safe place to share and process emotions, as well as to develop and strengthen body-based resiliency practices that support the healing of addiction and trauma.
