Families Fight Hunger

Volunteer and support our JFS Food Bank clients by packaging food, creating personal needs kits and writing gift cards and advocacy postcards, etc. Each event offers new activities that give your family opportunities to help clients with hands-on service while learning about Jewish values. Pre-registration required.

This event takes place during Shavuot, which marks the giving of the Torah and changing harvest seasons. It is a time to rejoice and study. This holiday also includes reading the Book of Ruth, so we’ll be exploring family heritage!
