Wendy asserts that it's not till we mature that we can truly enjoy all that life has to offer. As we get older, she says, we become "more and more ourselves." There are challenges and losses, but ideally these shape our perspective and help us become the best possible version of ourselves. Wendy also explores the increasing importance of personal relationships and of spirituality for many people, including her own exploration of her Jewish faith and tradition.
